- TeamViewer requires Screen Recording access so remote users can see your screen in Remote Control Sessions and Meetings: TeamViewer requires Accessibility access so your mouse and keyboard can be controlled remotely. TeamViewer requires Full Disk Access to access files and folders on your Mac for File Transfer (sending and receiving files in general).
- It seems that this process must be repeated each time the ConnectWise Control agent updates. Since posting this topic a few weeks ago I have had to repeat this on each 10.14 Mac to regain remote mouse and keyboard control. In each case remote terminal commands always work.

Can't Control Mouse Pointer
Buy a license in order to use even more TeamViewer features
I can do anything but can't see any mouse pointer/textcursor or hand pointer when using my iphone and teamviewer to administrate my home mac. I also recognize, that this is only a problem with iphone/teamviewer on OS X, because on an other machine with windows 7 it works fine! Do you have any other tips? Or is there a fix coming?

I started trying to use Teamviewer again for remote control of my Mac and had just updated to Mojave. With Teamviewer, I couldn’t use the mouse or keyboard in the remote session. To fix this:
- Start TeamViewer
- If you get a dialog to grant accessibility permissions, click “Configure permissions” (or “Open System Preferences” for older versions of TeamViewer)
- On the next dialog (Security & Privacy->Privacy tab), click the lock icon in the lower left corner
- Make sure the TeamViewer entry is checked (or if the TeamViewer entry is not present, add it from to the list of applications that can control your computer using the “+” button.)
- If you are starting TeamViewer with the system, see the link below for more info.
